Mintz and Hoke Advertising Agency (M&H) The Challenge Mintz & Hoke is a creativity-driven marketing communications agency with more than three decades of experience in promoting businesses and organizations in the Hartford area and beyond. With more than 55 employees, M&H chose to work with BOOM for two primary reasons: 1) to create better communication and teamwork among the various departments in the agency including the media department, the creative department, the account service department and more, and 2) to foster an environment where employees are empowered to believe that good ideas can come from anywhere. The test for BOOM was to engage and challenge an award winning team of people, who work in a highly creatively environment every day and already have a great formula for success. The Application The expectation from M&H was a button downed professorial look at the company with conversation around cerebral exercises where everyone maintains their stiff decorum. What M&H got was an exciting and strenuous series of get up out of your seat exercises that allowed participants to explore, enrich, learn and take new risks with one another.
