The Challenge

Game Trust leads the industry with partner-centric technical innovations, from firewall penetration to open standards for game integration. Game Trust has over 24 full-time team members in the USA and Europe and an additional 50 part-time free lancers. With the majority of employees working in the 'virtual' space, Game Trust needed to find a way to bridge the excitement of virtual contact between employees, with actual human contact. The idea of connecting virtual staff interaction with real staff interaction, however, created a unique set of issues.

The Application

Understanding that 'game play' is at the core of Game Trust's daily culture, BOOM customized a one hour lunchtime "Energizer" session that enabled employees to interface with one another through physical and intellectual game play. The session reaquainted participants with the profound and simple elements, of person to person contact.
